Boat Trips

BOAT TRIPS

They commence at 09:30. daily, provided proper reservations are placed at least 2 days in advance, guests need to be at our beach center max.9.00 a.m. with passports, towels, mask & fins (it is possible to rent snorkeling equipment at the center with extra cost). Normally the boat goes to three different locations (under good weather conditions) however, we give to boat’s skipper full power exercise his judgment to keep the guests comfortable and safe, so he can change the order of the trip, or go to alternate locations.

Lunch: fish and/or chicken, salads, rice, vegetables, fruit, water and soft drinks, instant coffee & tea are included in the price.

Boats return around 16:30 – 17:00 according to weather conditions.


PRIVATE BOAT TRIPS TO TIRAN OR RAS MOHAMED

The ideal trip for families or close friends, up to 8 pax.

 including lunch & soft drinks.


DISCOVERY GLASS BOTTOM BOAT TRIPS

Trips are 11:00 – 13:00 – 15:00 for wintertime

Duration of the trip is 60 minutes including 1 soft drink per person. After observing the coral reefs and listening for the explanation from the skipper, guests go to the sun deck for a panoramic bay cruise.

HALF DAY SAFARIES

RAS MOHAMED (bus or car or jeep) OR NABQ & MANGROVES (only jeep):

Trips' duration is 09:30 till 13:30 and pick-ups take place from clients' receptions and the guide accompanies the guests during the whole trip where they visit the highlights of the national park of Ras Mohamed such as the magic lake, main beach and sharks observatory, or the nabq protected area and Ras nasrani where guests can enjoy watching the pelagic life and marine wonders of the red sea. Passports, towels must be brought including the proper entry visa and snorkeling equipment (or rent it at our beach center) water & soft drinks are included but no lunch.

Distance to Ras Mohamed is 12 kms, to nabq mangroves 17 kms.

Minimum number for the trip is 4 pax

FULL DAY SAFARIES 

ST. CATHERINE & DAHAB

Trip starts 07:00, however actual pickup time varies according to participants. Transportation is by jeep for up to 8 pax & minibus if the number of pax increased. Conservative attire is required for both male & female guests entering the monastery. Lunch by mid-day and is included in the price (but drinks during meal are not included) followed by a free tour for about forty-five minutes in the promenade area in Dahab, (we leave the lunch timing to the guide’s discretion if he felt the need for early lunch is required). Passports are required. If guests were unable to have their breakfast before the pickup, it is a good idea to order a breakfast box to be taken with them.

Monastery is closed Fridays; Sundays and religious holidays.

MOUNT MOSES & ST. CATHERINE

Trips start 23:00 and ends by 14:00. Guests must bring their passports, heavy clothes for protection against the cold weather on top of the mountain; comfortable shoes; conservative dress for the monastery visit. It is highly recommended for the guests to order their breakfast box to be prepared and picked from your reception.

GRAND SAFARI

Combines St. Catherine, Dahab, colored canyon & dolphin beach conditions apply (passports; comfortable shoes; conservative dress; snorkeling equipment & towels. minimum number is 6 pax. only by the jeep. departure is 06:00, guests must order their breakfast boxes to be prepared the night before

Distance from Sharm to nuweibaa is 170 kms. From nuweibaa to the canyon 15 kms. The distance to St. Catherine monastery is 260 kms, covered in 2 1/2 hours to 2 hrs 45 mins.

The trip's duration takes till 6-7 p.m.

ABO GALOUM & BLUE HOLE:

A new and authentic excursion. Departure to the famous diving site “Blue hole” north of Dahab through off-road tracks, snorkel, ride camels for 90 minutes between the sea & Sinai mountains till you reach the abo galoum site. Snorkel & have lunch. Ride in the valleys where no man went (except the bedouins) to bir sagheer. Stop in Dahab on the way back for a walk & shopping.

Trip’s duration 07:00 – 18:00.
SUNSET TRIP

Take off time varies but it is usually 90 minutes before sunset. After pickup the jeep heads to the tent were guests ride camels for an hour in the desert area to observe the sunset on top of the mountains, then return to the tent for the Bedouin tea before returning to naama bay. Total duration for the trip is two hours.

Minimum 4 pax.

SUNSET trip without camel

Take off time varies but it is usually 90 minutes before sunset, cruise by the jeep for two hours in the desert and having tea in between at a Bedouin tent.

BEDOUIN DINNER:

Take off time varies but it is usually 90 minutes before sunset. After pick up the jeep heads to the tent were guests ride camels for an hour in the desert area to observe the sunset on top of the mountains, then return to the tent for the Bedouin tea and fresh baked Bedouin bread baked in front of the guests before dinner is served, after dinner & shisha return to naama bay. Total duration for the trip is around 3 hours.

CAMEL & HORSE RIDES      

(No tea, no cars: just trip starts in front of our recreation office)

QUAD RIDES:

One- or two-hours trip with a guide for a ride in the desert. Advance reservations are requested. Riders should be over 16 years or escorted with a guardian over 16 years. Extreme caution should be exercised during the ride. Rides leave every hour.

Bars & Pubs

Cristal Live Lounge

Soho Square is studded with extraordinary clubs, bars, and eateries. Crystal is one of its most popular ones. The club opens at 6 PM, and the last drinks are served at 1 AM. So you can party away all evening while chugging one drink after another at this ultra-stylish club. The club also hosts live music nights featuring the most talented international artists. Also, the crowd is enthusiastic, and the servers are extremely friendly at Crystal. 

Kitano Top Bar

This bar is also located in Soho Square on the second floor of Sushi Lounge. The rooftop bar comes with an exquisite view of the city lighted up below. In the distance, you can also see the Red Sea. The ambiance is pleasurable, yet fun and the staff is friendly. The menu is again Japanese-inspired, so the sushi perfectly pairs up with the strong spirits on the drinks menu. 

Ice Bar

One of the most interestingly designed theme bars, Ice is a unique experience in the Middle East. The whole interior of the bar is made of glass ice. Even the drinks are served in ice cube glasses. The temperature is below freezing point, so you have to wear a jacket at all times. Drinking in cold weather bars has been popularized in many places. The ice bar is a pioneer in its concept and vodka shooters in Sharm El-Sheikh.   

Oxygen Bar

To party long, hard and uninterrupted, there is no better place than Oxygen in Soho. Again another concept bar, where oxygen serves to be the enchanting main element. Dance and drink away the night with your friends here on the beats of popular tracks. The scented aroma, hard drinks, and groovy music make partying at Electric and Oxygen Bar so much fun. 

Camel Bar and Roof

When in the Middle East, do as the Egyptians do. Although you will find many international restaurants and bars here, Camel stands out because of its authenticity. Located in Naama Bay, it is partly a sports bar. You can relax while drinking a beer and watching the match on the big screen. The roof space is meant for music and dancing. The bar has something unique for every person, along with its mind-blowing food and drinks menu. 

Night Clubs

Pangaea Club

Featuring on top of every list of nightclubs, this place is the first place party-goers must visit in Sharm El-Sheikh. The dance floors the main attraction of the club, which changes color. The DJ plays till 4 AM, and the bar remains open for you to drink and dance away the night. Although the Pangaea Club is the most frequented spot in Soho, all the after-party’s happen here.  

Pacha nightclub

This is the most famous nightclub not just in El-Sheikh, but all of Egypt. The high ceiling, dazzling neon lights, large central dance floor, and tequila shots make partying till 4 AM a must. The whole décor nightclub has a European touch and looks straight out of Amsterdam. The DJ plays all sorts of music from trance, deep house to hip hop. Pacha is the regular party spot of travelers in the Naama Bay area. 

Hard Rock Cafe 

An American brand, hard rock café has become a household name across the globe. Along with good food, it serves excellent drinks and hosts some amazing live music nights. It is on the casual and pocket-friendly side. You may also grove to the live rock music as it remains open for all. The crowd is friendly, and it’s an excellent spot to hang out with close friends. 

Little Buddha 

Talk about something exciting and flashy; Little Buddha nightclub comes to mind. It has a gigantic golden Buddha as the central piece from which its name originates. It is one of the few clubs serving sushi and sashimi, isn’t that amazing. The crowd is chic, classy and the music is some of the best in the nightclub scene. For those who are looking for hard-partying and entertainment, this is the place to be.
